Leanne’s career in the performing arts began at age three. Her grandmother owned her own dance studio for decades and after having 3 sons, she was primed to make Leanne a dancer. After years of dancing and performing in her hometown on the Oregon Coast, she competed in the World Dance competition and took 3rd place at the World Fair in New Orleans.
She began her acting career by testing the waters in the Drama Department at University of Oregon, before she ventured to Los Angeles to pursue acting at the Lee Strasbourg Institute.
Leanne has worked in numerous independent films and one of her favorite stage roles was in Lee Blessing’s “Two Rooms.” She feels very lucky to continue working and learning from some incredibly wonderful people, however, swordfighting with Anthony De Longis takes the cake. |
